What your team gets.

Every editor gets a named seat, subtitles and support. We agree the price with you on a call.

One plan, scoped to your team

Every editor who subtitles clips gets their own named seat. We agree your seat count, your monthly audio allowance and your price on a call, then hold that price for the 12 months of your agreement.

Every editor, one invoice. Nothing is metered per minute and no seat is charged twice. You get each editor's hours back from the first week.

Everything included

Everything your editors need

  • A named seat and private account for every editor
  • SRT subtitles from audio or video, timed to the speech
  • Caption length by word count, range or full sentences, changed without transcribing again
  • Team page: invite editors by email and manage seats
  • A 10-minute file ready in about 4 seconds in our tests
  • Media deleted as soon as it is transcribed
  • Onboarding walkthrough for your team, and a check-in after two weeks
  • One monthly invoice in USD

Put in your numbers. See the hours and money your editors get back every month.

Your numbers

Everyone on your team who subtitles clips. Each editor gets their own named seat.
How many short-form clips one editor subtitles in a normal week.
The time one editor spends getting a clip's subtitles finished: typing or fixing auto-captions, splitting lines so they read well on short clips, timing them to the speech and checking every word. A professional editor measured about 2 hours for a 30-second clip. We start at 60 minutes to keep it conservative.
What an editor's hour costs you: salary plus overheads, or your freelancer's hourly rate.

How we work it out

15 minutes per clip with Subtitles for Clips. A professional editor took about 2 hours to subtitle a 30-second clip by hand, and 10 to 15 minutes with us.

For teams

Each editor gets their own account. Your owners and admins invite colleagues by email and manage seats from the Team page.

One person per named seat. Shared logins are not allowed; seats can be reassigned when someone leaves. Each account can be signed in on up to two devices.

What happens to your media

Your media is deleted as soon as it is transcribed. We keep the subtitle file in your history, along with job details. Our transcription provider is instructed not to use your audio for model training.

Your price is held for the 12 months of your agreement. A usage allowance does not guarantee that all files can process at once. Final terms and onboarding timing are agreed before purchase.

Upload, pick a caption length, download.

The transcription does the typing. You decide how the words are paced and fix the final wording in your editor.

01

Upload audio or video

A voiceover, interview, or finished clip. You get timed text without typing out every line.

MP3, WAV, M4A or video, up to 60 minutes
02

Pick how many words show at once

Start with up to three words per caption for short-form clips, or switch to full sentences for longer speech. Changing the length reuses the same transcript, so nothing is uploaded or transcribed twice.

A word count, a range, or full sentences

Download the SRT

Import it into your editor and add the typography and animation there.

Text and timestamps, no styling

Change the caption length without transcribing again.

Choose short captions for quick clips or full sentences for longer speech. Take the timed text into your editor for the final adjustments.

  • Choose a word count or a word range.
  • Update the length using the same transcript.
  • Download SRT with text and timestamps.

Before you get started

The product workflow, team access and how we scope a price.

What can I upload?

Start with MP3, WAV, or M4A audio, or upload a video such as MP4 or MOV. Transcription accepts files up to 250 MiB and 60 minutes. Short clips are a good place to start.

What do I get at the end?

A downloadable SRT file containing your caption text and timestamps. Import it into your video editor to check the words and timing. SRT does not contain animated text, fonts, or burned-in effects; add that styling in your editor.

Does it work with Premiere Pro and CapCut?

Premiere Pro supports SRT import. CapCut subtitle-import support varies by platform and version, so check your edition before relying on the workflow.

Can I change the subtitle length?

Yes. Start with up to three words per subtitle, choose another word count, or use full sentences. After transcription, update the length without uploading the file again. Correct individual words and timestamps in your own editor.

Will I need to check the transcription?

Yes. Treat it as a first pass. Names, accents, background noise, and overlapping speech can need corrections. Download your SRT and check it against the audio in your editor.

What happens to my files and subtitles?

Server-side temporary media is deleted after processing. Our transcription provider is instructed not to use your audio for model training. Signed-in uploads save the original SRT and job details to Upload history when recording succeeds. Adjusted versions stay in this browser tab during navigation, so download them before closing or refreshing it. The download panel tells you whether the original was saved.

How much does it cost?

We agree the price with you on a call, once we know your team size and how much audio you process. It is a monthly subscription in USD, invoiced monthly, and your price is held for the 12 months of your agreement. Final terms and onboarding timing are agreed before purchase.

How many people can join?

As many editors as your team needs. Each person gets a named seat and their own account; one person per seat, and shared logins are not allowed. Seats can be reassigned when someone leaves, and we agree the seat count with you before you start.

How much audio is included?

We agree a monthly fair-use allowance with you based on your volume. Tell us roughly how many hours a month your team processes and we'll size it on the call. An allowance does not guarantee that all files can process at once.

Can we invite colleagues now?

Yes, once your organisation is set up. Owners and admins invite colleagues by email from the Team page; each person signs in with their own account. Contact sales to get started.

Which languages are supported?

English audio today. Tell us if your team works in other languages.

What can we try today?

See the caption preview on the homepage for an illustration of the SRT workflow. Existing private-beta testers can still use their access code. Enterprise onboarding is arranged through sales.
